This account must be maintained by each member in order to retain
credit union membership. Deposits into this account may be
made by payroll deduction, in person, or by mail. Deposits
may be withdrawn during regular credit union business hours,
in person, by mail or sent to you by van service.

Christmas Club and Vacation Club accounts are available to
our members. Deposits may be payroll deducted or made by
check. Checks from Christmas Club accounts are sent to members
the first week in November for all deposits plus accumulated
interest. Vacation Club checks are mailed upon
request.

Share certificates from your
Credit Union are an excellent investment opportunity if you
do not need immediate access to your funds and want to invest
for longer periods to obtain a higher rate of return. Walker
County Educators FCU offers six month, one year and two year
share certificates at competitive rates. The minimum deposit
for share certificates is $1,000.00. There is a penalty for
early withdrawal. |
